We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Whether you need a different size in our boots, sandals, or sneakers, or want to exchange for a completely different style, we’ve got you covered.

- Items are in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Original packaging is included

3 Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions and address
- Return shipping label if applicable
4 Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to the address provided. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Insuring valuable items
- Keeping your shipping receipt until the process is complete
5 Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- Process your refund or ship your exchange
- Send you a confirmation email

Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card account
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new items to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn footwear – All shoes must be in unworn condition
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), international returns follow the same process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
