We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Whether you need a different size in our boots, sandals, or sneakers, or want to exchange for a completely different style, we’re here to help!
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Review Our Policy Requirements
Before initiating your return or exchange, please ensure:
- Your request is within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items are in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Original packaging is included

Step 3: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions and address
- Return shipping label if applicable
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to the address provided. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Insuring valuable items
- Keeping your shipping receipt until the process is complete
Step 5: Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- Process your refund or ship your exchange
- Send you a confirmation email

Refund Timeline
Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card account
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new items to you.
๐ซ Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn footwear – All shoes must be in unworn condition
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear
International Returns: International returns follow the same process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
